Spa Manangement
Serena Spa works with a resort or hotel
to define the PROJECT VISION
what are the requirements, what do the owners, operators and the
guest want and what is possible within the framework of existing
or future facilities. After the initial discussions and a SITE
VISIT we produce a preliminary REPORT
detailing the concept, the possibilities, the limitations and the
initial financial projections. |
After
a thorough DISCUSSION
with all parties involved the final CONCEPT
is decided and described. Based on this the SPA
DESIGN can be initiated; Serena Spa will
provide the floor plan sketches and details
of SPA EQUIPMENT
to be installed. We also work in close cooperation with a property's
own architects and contractors during the planning, design and construction
process to ensure that the initial specifications are adhered to and
that all details are available.
During the PRE-OPENING
process Serena Spa will finalise training, dispatch managers, products
et cetera to ensure a timely opening. PERSONNEL
either trained at the Serena Spa Institute or on site, will
be ready and MARKETING
will be initiated along with other opening
ceremonies. |
In a full management Serena Spa will supply all the necessary spa
products, loose spa equipment, personnel, directories et cetera
as part of the package, whereas the resort/hotel will supply the
spa facility, electricity, water, laundry and staff facilities.

OPERATING
SUPPLIES
Serena Spa offers a complete range of time
tested high quality spa products, such as oils, creams, scrubs,
wraps as well as accessories, decorations and linen.
QUALITY CONTROL As part of our consultancy service we offer
to carry out quality control checks, “mystery shopping”,
internal audits and other facets of quality control to ensure that
your spa is up to date and performing efficiently.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Based on our extensive research and market
contacts we are able to develop unique spa
products for individual spas.
SPA DESIGN A total design including floor planning, interiors,
equipment et cetera. These services are offered
both for renovation of existing facilities and green field projects,
either as total project service or
in collaboration with your own architects.
UPDATING OF EXISTING SPA If your existing spa facility needs a makeover
or boost in services or treatments Serena Spa can offer you a detailed
plan according to your requirements.
TRAINING Serena Spa offers training in specific treatments,
either at the Serena Spa Institute or on site.
